Biography

Saga Elmohtaseb is an Emmy Award-winning producer, member of the Producers Guild of America, and TV Academy member whose career spans studio blockbusters, independent film, and documentary storytelling.
She built her foundation at E! Entertainment and LATV before joining Fox Studios as a production coordinator, where she contributed to The Devil Wears Prada, A Good Year, and Fantastic Four. She then expanded her expertise into production accounting and financing at Marvel and Sony Studios, working on Iron Man 2 and Just Go With It.
As the producer of the PBS series 10 Days in Watts, she earned an Emmy in 2024, a milestone that reflects her commitment to stories that matter.
As president of Hollywood-Consulting.com, Saga guides independent projects from development through delivery. A Chapman University alumna, she earned her MFA in film production in 2001, with an emphasis in producing. In addition to Dodge College, she has taught in the film departments at NYU, California State University, Los Angeles, and California State University, Long Beach, bringing real-world industry experience to the next generation of filmmakers.
Her work extends beyond the screen. She serves as director of special initiatives at Green Wish, a nonprofit organization; volunteers at charter schools, where she runs production workshops for emerging filmmakers; and hosts the YouTube channel Spice it Up With Saga, which has more than 250,000 views.
