Biography

Faythe Gutierrez is a seasoned attorney with over a decade of litigation and corporate counsel experience, known for her strategic, results-driven approach and strong client advocacy. She has experience handling a range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, tort litigation and mass arbitration. Guitierrez has worked in both law firm and in-house settings, giving her a well-rounded perspective on legal risk management, business operations, and regulatory compliance.

Professor Gutierrez holds a Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School, where she graduated magna cum laude, while serving as Managing Editor of the Whittier Law Review, where she was awarded the Dean’s Citation Award and a Fellowship with the Center for Intellectual Property Law. She also earned a Master of Business Administration in Management from Hope International University and a Bachelor of Arts from Azusa Pacific University, graduating with honors. Her business and legal education inform her practical, solutions-oriented approach to advocacy. Faythe has also held leadership roles in the Orange County Bar Association and Association of Corporate Counsel, and she remains committed to innovation, client service, and professional excellence.
