Biography

Dr. Dustin Le, PharmD, is an Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice at Chapman University School of Pharmacy (CUSP) and practices as an Emergency Medicine Pharmacist at Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC), a Level 1 pediatric trauma center. In his clinical role, he provides comprehensive pharmacy services to the Emergency Department, Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit, and inpatient pharmacy. He also serves as a primary preceptor for pharmacy residents and Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experience (APPE) students, with plans to incorporate structured student training into his clinical site.

Dr. Le earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Chapman University and completed a PGY-1 Acute Care Pharmacy Residency at St. Joseph’s Medical Center, Dignity Health. He also obtained a Teaching Certificate from the University of the Pacific School of Pharmacy. Prior to joining CUSP, he held positions in both emergency and intensive care units at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center and later served as the Lead Emergency Medicine Pharmacist at CHOC, where he was recognized as Pharmacist of the Year in 2023.
