Biography
Paul Rogerson is an assistant professor. He graduated from the University of Chicago
Law School, clerked for Judge Richard A. Posner, practiced law at Durie Tangri LLP
and Sidley Austin LLP, and was a visiting assistant professor at the Chicago-Kent
College of Law. He teaches and writes primarily in the areas of intellectual property
