Mo Hijazi

B.S. in Biological Sciences with an emphasis in Molecular Biology, Chapman University, 2024. Minor in Game Development Programming.

 

Mohamad Hijazi currently teaches SCI 320, SCI 420, and BIOL 208L. His work centers on community engagement and reducing the barriers youth face in pursuing higher education. He is passionate about mentoring students, building inclusive STEM learning environments, and helping young learners see college as an attainable path. He plans to continue this work as he begins medical school in 2026.

 

Mohamad Hijazi's research focuses on using artificial intelligence and video games to develop innovative patient education tools. He's particularly interested in creating materials that are more personalized, culturally representative, and accessible for diverse patient populations.
