Biography
Chad Van Ramshorst is originally from Southern California where he started his training
at the Orange County High School of the Arts in the commercial dance department. While
at OCSA, he was represented by Clear Talent Agency as he pursued commercial work in
Los Angeles. Chad continued his dance education at Chapman University where he received
his BFA in Dance Performance. While in California, he danced with various companies
including Bare Dance Company, Backhaus Dance, and Gallimaufry & Greene. Post graduation,
he moved to New York dancing for such companies and artists as: Korhan Basaran, Zvi
Gotheiner, Bryn Cohn & Artists, and Steele Dance. Most recently, he graduated with
his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Chapman University. Chad continues to remain
active in the dance community through teaching, choreographing, and dancing within
the Southern California area. In addition to dance, Chad is Pilates certified through
BASI with a dance specialization.
