Biography
Before entering legal academia, Antony Page began his career in Canada's Department of Foreign Affairs, serving as a diplomat in Thailand, Laos, and Burma and as a trade official working on European Union relations. He went on to practice corporate law at Sullivan & Cromwell in London and Los Angeles before joining the Indiana University McKinney School of Law, where he taught courses such as Contracts, Sales, Closely Held Business Organizations, Publicly Traded Corporations, Mergers & Acquisitions, and International Law, and later served as Vice Dean. He was the dean of Florida International University College of Law from 2018 to 2025, before joining the Fowler School of Law as dean in August 2026.
His research, spanning corporate governance, social enterprise, and the psychology of legal decision-making, has been cited by more than 25 courts including the United States Supreme Court, and one piece was described by the Connecticut Supreme Court as a “landmark” article. His work has appeared in the Michigan Law Review, Emory Law Journal, Stanford Social Innovation Review, Boston University Law Review, UC Davis Law Review, and Georgia Law Review, among others.
