Biography
Alex Graham earned his BFA in Film and Television from Chapman University and his
master’s degree in Education from National University. As a young student obsessed
with sound design and building aleatoric sound generating software, Graham traveled
the world between semesters playing an obscure brand of electronic music across several
continents and released a slew of mangled releases influenced by Brian Eno, Aphex
Twin and the Beatles.
Graham has spent over 20 years composing albums and remixes as “lexaunculpt” and "the internal tulips” while working in post-production as a composer and sound designer for various post-production facilities. He began his academic teaching career at Santa Ana College where he taught classes in digital audio recording, digital music synchronization to multimedia, projects in electronic composition and ProTools.
