Alex Footen is the Dodge College of Film and Media Arts Senator for the 2023-2024 academic year. Alex is a sophomore Creative Producing major with a Computer Science minor. Some of his other involvements include being an Executive Board Member of Delta Kappa Alpha, a Chapman Ambassador, and an Orientation Leader. He can’t wait to connect with everyone and be an advocate regarding everything Dodge.

Camilla Acosta is the Schmid Senator for the 2023-2024 academic year. Camilla is a senior majoring in Biological Sciences with a minor in Sociology. In addition to SGA, Camilla is a member of the Schmid Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, the Schmid Student Leadership Committee, and the Latinx Club. She is looking forward to improving the Schmid community by increasing DEI awareness, mental health resources, and research opportunities.

In addition to SGA, she serves as the Director of Marketing for the School of Communication Trailblazer Program, an Orientation Leader, and a member of the School of Communication Student Advisory Board. She is looking forward to helping create a better sense of community!

Cintya is the Wilkinson College Senator for the 2023-2024 academic year. Cintya is a sophomore double-major in Political Science and Spanish. She previously served as the Diversity Student Orgs. Senator, and subsequently became the Diversity Affairs Committee chair. Additionally, she is a student administrator for the Chapman Office of Legal Affairs, a research fellow at the Socio-Ecological Adaptation & Climate Resilience Lab, a translator for the Frances Smith Center for Individual and Family Therapy, and an active member of Kappa Alpha Pi. She is looking forward to working closely with the Wilkinson Student Advisory and Leadership Council, collaborating with all colleges, departments, and student organizations, and connecting with others at the Wilkinson Engaging the World events.

Cristina is the Crean College of Health and Behavioral Sciences Senator and Community Outreach Committee Chairperson for the 2023-2024 academic year. Previously, she served as the Underclassmen Senator for the 2022-2023 school year and served on both the Allocations and Community Outreach Committees. Cristina is a junior majoring in Health Sciences on the Pre-Med track and is minoring in French. Other than SGA, Cristina is involved in the Office of Admission as Tour Guide, Office Assistant, and Fellow. She plays for the Women's Soccer Team, is a member of the Chapman First Aid Team, is a member of the Tri-Beta biological honors society, and is a member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. This year she is excited to lead her own college and provide more opportunities for connections between the Chapman community and the community that surrounds it!

Eric is the Academic Student Organizations Senator for the 2023-2024 academic year. Eric is a junior double major in Economics and Philosophy. Besides SGA, he is the president of Omicron Delta Epsilon, the president of the economics society, the treasurer of Kappa Alpha Pi, the treasurer of Chess Club, the treasurer of Mortar Board, and is an active member of Phi Sigma Tau. He can’t wait to advocate for his constituency and work with student leaders, faculty, and administration to promote academic excellence and growth.

Liz Hao is the Leisure Student Organizations Senator for the 2023-2024 school year. Liz is a sophomore Business Administration with an emphasis on International Business major with minors in Computer Science and Environmental Studies. In addition to SGA, her involvement includes being the DEI Chair of Delta Sigma Pi. a Student Athletic Assistant in the football office, in the Nikkei Student Union (NSU), new member of Kappa Alpha Theta, the Internal Chair of Chapman HUA club, and an Orientation Leader (Fall 2023). She looks forward to working under SGA to provide resources and be the voice for leisure clubs and organizations. She is excited to help better the Chapman experience for all students!

Mariana is the School of Pharmacy Senator for the 2023-2024 academic year. She is a sophomore in the Accelerated Pre-Pharmacy Experience (APEx) Program, and this is her first year in SGA. Outside of being a Senator, Mariana works as a Supervisor for the Phonathon Fundraising Program in the Office of Advancement and is also the Director of Academic Enrichment for Alpha Gamma Delta. She also works closely with the board for the Future Pharmacists Club, and she is looking forward to making connections with other members of SGA, as well as fostering a great student environment for all students.

Pamela Perez is the Greek Student Organizations Senator for the 2023-2024 academic year. She is a sophomore majoring in Political Science, and this will be her second year serving on SGA. Other on-campus involvements include First Generation: Promising Futures Program, Alpha Chi Omega Sorority, and Pre-Law Society. Pamela is beyond excited to be collaborating again with senators in SGA, and being able to provide new opportunities, perspective, insight, and positive change to the organization. Whether you are or are no in Greek life here at Chapman both social and professional, her main purpose is to not only help Greek Orgs. but help the entire student body through her role on SGA.

Sydney is a junior majoring in Integrated Educational Studies with a minor in Leadership Studies. She is involved in the Kappa Delta Pi Education Honors Society as well as Wellness & Rec as both a Fitness Center Assistant and Fitness Education Instructor. She is looking forward to bringing more community events to Attallah and providing inspiration to other future educators through guest speakers and similar events.

She is super excited to work closely with the other amazing individuals in this organization and the undergraduate community to accomplish initiatives, specifically Financial and Upperclassman related items!

Tori Nguyen is the senator for the Argyros Business and Economics school year of 2023-2024. She is going into her sophomore year as she will continue to study under the business administration program with an honors minor. She is currently an active member of Pi Beta Phi, Honors Mentor to the program, a part of the Vietnamese Student Association, and hopes to make change within more clubs at our school! She is looking forward to creating a diverse and open lifestyle within the business school. Specifically, this means more open lectures, mixers, program builders, and student relations. She hopes to build a strong foundation for the business school!

Vivian Trinh is the Diversity Student Organizations Senator for the 2023-2024 school year. Vivian is a sophomore Health Sciences (Pre-PA) major with a minor in Honors. Some of her other on-campus involvements include being the VP of the First-Generation Mentor Program, the Service & Philanthropy Chair for the Pre-Dental Society, a Mentor in the Honors Mentor Program, a student grader for the Schmid Math Department, and an Office Assistant for the Office of Admissions. She looks forward to being able to work with all cultural clubs on campus in order to uplift and empower students from all walks of life. She is excited to put forth my passion to develop impactful initiatives that will hopefully fulfill the needs of her constituents. Vivian is also happy to be able to connect with her fellow senators to create an environment in which we're all striving to achieve the same goal of bettering the student experience.

Zuleyka Urieta is the Fowler Senator for the 2023-2024 academic school year. Zuleyka is a sophomore Software Engineering major and Neuroscience minor. In addition to SGA her on campus involvements include serving as the external and social media coordinator for the Society of Women Engineers. She is also a member of the Chapman Latinx club, Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, and Women in Science and Technology. She is closely involved with the first-generation community at Chapman University, serving as a mentor for Summer Bridge through the Promising Future's program and actively participating in the First-Generation Program. Furthermore, Zuleyka works for Fowler's Design Create and Innovate Lab and is a part of the Fowler Social Media team. Zuleyka looks forward to advocating for her constituency to enhance the college experience for Fowler School of Engineering students.
