Rachel is the SGA President for the 2023-2024 academic year. She has served as a Senator for the past three years, in addition to holding the role of Speaker of the Senate this previous year. Rachel is a senior Health Sciences major with minors in Nutrition and the University Honors Program. She has enjoyed getting involved in several facets of Chapman, from being the Tour Guide Coordinator for the Office of Admission, to dancing on team Floor 13, to conducting scholarly research with the Department of Physical Therapy, and much more. With a plethora of experiences in campus leadership under her belt, Rachel is excited to continue finding creative solutions for pressing campus-wide challenges, and to cultivate a truly representative governing body that advocates for the enhancement of all undergraduate students’ experiences!

Riya Belani is the SGA Vice President for the 2023 - 2024 academic year. Riya is a senior Health Science major with a Sociology minor. She has previously served as the Upperclassman Senator and the Diversity Affairs Committee Chair for SGA. In addition to her involvement in student government, she is a part of Chapman Feminists and works as a researcher in the SEACR lab. Riya is excited and passionate to work alongside the rest of the executive council and senate to not only address the needs of Chapman's student body but also strengthen SGA as an organization so it can continue to meet the demands of the undergraduate population.

Aria is the Director of Finance for the 2023-2034 academic year. He is majoring in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. Beyond SGA, Aria also serves as the Director of Membership for Chapman’s Ambassador program and is a member of several other organizations such as the Chapman University Investment Group. He is looking forward to making the Director of Finance position more accessible to the student body, enabling better use of SGA funding, promoting student involvement and advancement overall.

Natalie is the Director of Public Relations for the 2023-2024 academic year. Natalie is a junior double-major in Sociology and Political Science with a minor in Peace Studies. In addition to SGA, she serves as the Director of Recruitment for Kappa Alpha Pi, the Director of Public Relations for Undergrad Law Review, and is an active member of Pi Beta Phi. She is looking forward to furthering the PR strategy to promote the internal operations of SGA and working closely with the driven and passionate individuals of our organization to increase engagement across campus!

Isabella is the Director of Elections for the 2023-2024 academic year. Isabella is a junior who is double majoring in Political Science and English Literature. In addition to SGA, she is the President of the Undergraduate Law Review and the Vice President for Kappa Alpha Pi. She is excited to serve as Director of Elections with the goal of creating a representative student government that promotes engagement for all undergraduate students!

David is the Graduate Assistant in SGA for the 2023-2024 academic year. He is in his second year pursuing a Master of Arts in Leadership Development, focusing on higher education. David graduated from California Lutheran University in May 2022 with a B.S. in Criminology and Criminal Justice. He served on student government while in undergrad for three years and looks forward to supporting the entire SGA in this position.
