You have from October 29th through November 14th, 2025 to log into your Open Enrollment portal and make your benefits elections which will go into effect on January 1st, 2026.
Log into your Employee Self-Service Portal, then go to My Benefits > Benefits Enrollment. If you are a supervisor, after logging into the Self-Service Portal, click on “Manager Self Service” and choose “Employee Self Service” from the dropdown menu to access My Benefits > Benefits Enrollment.

If you are not a Cigna customer but would like to know more about the Cigna plans
offered through Chapman University and details on coverage, please reach out to the
Pre-Enrollment Line at 800-564-7642.
Kaiser Assistance
Current Kaiser members can click to chat on kp.org or call 1-800-464-4000 to reach
member assistance.
Non-members can also receive assistance specific to the Chapman University Kaiser medical plan by calling the same number (1-800-464-4000) and providing Chapman University’s Customer ID / Group Contract number 102313.
Benefits Team Assistance
If you prefer to sit down to discuss your benefits options, the Benefits team and
carrier representatives will be available on Wednesday, October 29th from 9AM to 2PM
in Beckman Hall 404. A benefits presentation will be given at 2PM.
