Showcasing Your Work

There are multiple opportunities to share and showcase your work.

  • Student scholar symposium: CUE hosts a student scholar symposium each semester, where undergraduates are invited to present talks or posters about their research. It’s a great opportunity for you to showcase your work and also receive feedback from the campus community.
  • Undergraduate travel grants: Your faculty mentor will likely have suggestions of professional conferences, academic meetings/events, or public cultural festivals that are good places for you to share your work. CUE has funding that you can apply for that can be used to cover registration and travel costs. Read more here.

The Faculty Mentor Directory is an online tool that provides undergraduate students a network of faculty members interested in mentoring undergraduate students in research or creative activity. Students can explore the Faculty Mentor Directory to identify potential faculty mentors that inspire or fit their academic and intellectual research/creative interests.
