Natalie graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a degree in Public Health Policy and a double minor in Management and Health Informatics. Natalie spent a year and a half working at Western University of Health Sciences supporting the Dean of Student Affairs. She led and managed student wellness programs and extracurricular student activities. She also handled student curriculum data and student survey data to provide insights for college wide decision-making and progress. Natalie later pursued a role as a Business Analyst and Consultant for a boutique consulting firm. She worked with a large number of clients to locate, extract, and utilize financial data for planning and reporting purposes. She regularly worked with and developed cloud based environments (Oracle NetSuite Planning and Budgeting) for her clients.
As part of the IRADS team, Natalie serves as a Data and Reporting Analyst. In this role, she supports data requests, produces Power BI dashboards and data visualization reports, and helps with data management. She is well versed in quantitative and qualitative data analysis with large data sets and enjoys interpreting data to tell a story. She has produced a number of dashboard and reporting booklets in various flavors to fit different needs. With technology constantly evolving, she is an active learner and likes to explore new approaches, methodology, and programs. Natalie is especially interested in using data for student advancement and success. She is passionate about actively improving the overall student experience.
