  • For our June event, learn all about contraception, preconception, and family planning from Dr. Mibhali Bhalala, a Kaiser Permanente OBGYN who is board-certified in Lifestyle Medicine. This session will cover the methods of contraception that are currently available and how they work, how you can choose based on long term family planning goals, preconception care and testing, and management and risks of chronic health conditions, including high BMI, with pregnancy planning.
