These areas include Athletics, Career and Professional Development, Enrollment Management, Enterprise Risk and Safety, the Hilbert Museum of California Art, Human Resources, Information Systems & Technology, Institutional Compliance and Internal Audit, Marketing and Public Affairs, and Student Affairs. The teams collaborate to provide and promote a welcoming  and personalized Chapman experience for our students and families, our athletic supporters, and many other community members.

Admissions

Our Office of Admission manages undergraduate and graduate admissions for prospective students interested in a personalized education at Chapman.

Athletics

Our NCAA Division III athletics program supports more than 20 intercollegiate sports teams, providing a high-quality student-athlete experience and promoting Panther Pride.

Career and Professional Development

This office empowers Panthers to navigate a meaningful and productive transition from the classroom to their career journeys and beyond.

Community Relations

This office serves as a bridge between the University and our surrounding communities, including residents, city leaders, civic groups, and local businesses.

Enterprise Risk and Safety

Enterprise Risk and Safety includes safety preparedness and response departments: Emergency Management, Environmental Health & Safety, Fire & Life Safety, Parking & Transportation, Public Safety, and Risk Management.

Financial Aid

The Office of Financial Aid helps students access scholarships, loans, grants, and other resources that help them achieve their educational goals.

The Hilbert Museum of California Art

This distinctive museum on Chapman’s Orange campus is the home of one of the world’s largest collections of California narrative art – and open to the public.

Human Resources

HR leads the development, implementation, and administration of programs, policies, procedures, support, and services for current and prospective employees.

Information Systems & Technology

IS&T partners with students, faculty, and staff to provide secure, reliable, and innovative solutions that enhance teaching, learning, research, collaboration, and university operations.

Institutional Compliance and Internal Audit

Institutional Compliance and Internal Audit manage risks associated with laws and regulations and monitor financial and operating information.

International Student Services

The ISS office at Chapman provides support to international students who are studying in the United States on an F-1 visa.

The Office of the Registrar

The office manages academic processes and provides information, tools, and support to students, faculty, and staff to facilitate  students’ academic progress and success.

Strategic Marketing and Communications

This is Chapman’s full-service marketing department providing strategic marcomm counsel, brand management, and an array of creative offerings.

Student Affairs

This area supports student success and provides a range of services and offerings – from student engagement and residence life to health and wellness.

Veterans Resource Center

The center supports student veterans through the admission process and helps them access VA financial benefits and other campus resources.
