Nick Burke
BFA Graphic Design, Engineer Design & Fabrication minor
I entered Chapman as an undeclared major, but within my first week in the Graphic
Design program, everything changed. The faculty’s passion and one-on-one support were
immediately clear. The courses are hands-on and treated like real client work, making
professional practices feel natural and personal.

Chaz Tsang, Class of 2027
I chose Chapman’s Graphic Design program because it lets you start major courses
in your first year, and the small class sizes create a supportive, personal learning
environment. The professors are amazing, and you get to explore all areas of design—my
favorite class being UI, UX and Interaction Design. I’ve had two oncampus design jobs
and found so many hands-on opportunities to grow my skills. With 24/7 access to the
labs and a variety of equipment to meet your creative needs, and close connections
with peers and faculty, the program has helped me build my portfolio and confidence
as a designer. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone pursuing design.
