If you have any questions or need to reach out to an International Student Services staff member, you can:

Our office is open from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Friday (for phone and email inquiries). In-person staff is available by appointment only.  

Scheduling an Appointment

You can schedule an appointment with either Pavis Ortega (International Student Advisor, DSO) or Xochitl Lopez (Associate Director of Immigration Programs, PDSO).

Both should be able to assist you, so feel free to schedule with whomever has availability at the time most convenient for you.

Check-in Process for In-person Appointments

If you are meeting in-person, you should check in at the Pankey Visitor Center on the first floor of Argyros Forum. You can find walking directions to the Visitor's Center here.
