»Psychological Well-being Resources

Psychological Well-Being includes your emotional and mental health and affects how you think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how you handle stress, adapt to challenges, and build self-confidence.  In some cases, attending to your psychological well-being may simply involve giving yourself time to take a break from the stressors of life and the rigors of the college experience.  At other points, it might require more personalized support from a Chapman faculty or staff member or personal therapist.  Whether you're looking to maintain a good state of psychological well-being, address a period of poor mental health, or get immediate help in a crisis, Chapman has resources for you.
