Intellectual Wellness means staying curious and open to learning new things. This often involves engaging in creative activities, maintaining an open mind, and challenging ourselves intellectually.

Wellness Project

The Wellness Project is an initiative from of the Dean of Student's Office in Student Affairs which provides wellness-related education to students utilizing a peer health model. The Wellness Project provides wellness education to students through a variety of programs, projects, and initiatives.
