This offer is ideal for informal supervisors of staff, supervisors of student employees, and those in a development pipeline to become supervisors. Cultural Essentials Series


Sharon Krueger

The Cultural Essentials Series (CES) is primarily designed to enhance fundamental aspects of the supervisor-employee relationship, which in turn positively impacts the employee experience. Employees can work collectively to make Chapman a place where we can Engage, Achieve, and Belong. The CES is composed of four workshops that focus on: Leadership, Care, Service, and Relationships.
