» LGBTQ Staff & Faculty Forum

The LGBTQ Staff & Faculty Forum started in Fall 2017 and was developed by staff and faculty members who embrace, celebrate, and support the LGBTQ communities on campus through outreach activities and events.

Mission Statement

The mission of the LGBTQ Staff and Faculty Forum is to build intentional community grounded in our collective liberation; to hold our institution accountable for its commitment to cultivating a welcoming campus environment for all; and to provide support to LGBTQ students, staff, and faculty by combating cisnormativity and heteronormativity throughout our campus and in the broader OC community.

Bylaws

The Bylaws of the Chapman University LGBTQ Staff and Faculty Forum (also known as QSFF) were adopted on December 10, 2021.
