Katherine Lam, Pharm.D.

2025-2026 Chapman University/SCAN/Providence PGY-1 Managed Care Resident
Katherine earned her Doctor of Pharmacy program at the University of the Pacific's Thomas J. Long School of Pharmacy. During her time at UOP, she gained hands-on experience as a community pharmacy intern at Rite Aid while actively advocating for underrepresented communities. She served as a project manager for No Diseases Left Behind and volunteered as a pharmacy intern at Clinica Tepati where she helped expand healthcare access for underserved populations. As a managed care resident, Katherine is eager to contribute to population health strategy projects that drive cost-effectiveness and improve patient outcomes. She is excited to learn from experienced pharmacists across both managed care and ambulatory care settings, empower patients to lead healthier, more independent lives, and she hopes to inspire the next generation of pharmacy students - all while enjoying a perfectly crafted matcha latte in hand.
