Dr. Ismieal Muhsin's expertise spans digital logic, microprocessor fundamentals, control systems, AI, and renewable energy. His work integrates substantial industry experience from Hitachi and AMI-MED, along with a diplomatic career as an Ambassador in multiple countries, focusing on economic relations and global energy discussions.
Dr. Muhsin's academic contributions include over 15 years of teaching at Chapman University, UCSD, DeVry, National University, and Palomar College, where he has covered electronics, mathematics, renewable energy, and data communication.

Dr. Muhsin’s research focuses on digital logic, microprocessor fundamentals, control systems, artificial intelligence, and renewable energy. He is passionate about advancing these fields through both theoretical and applied research.
Dr. Muhsin’s research involves the development of advanced digital systems and AI applications. His notable contributions include a patented method for measuring continuous cardiac output using neural networks. His work aims to bridge theoretical advancements with practical implementations in control systems and renewable energy.
