Join us for the inaugural Chapman University Instrumental Music Camp for woodwind, brass and percussion. Open to all students entering grades 912, our camp faculty and instructors are committed to providing students with an exciting, positive and rewarding musical experience. We hope you will join us for a week of learning and fun!

Registration opens January 15, 2020.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: May 1, 2020

Commuter Camper Registration

  • Early Bird: $395 - January 15 to March 15, 2020
  • Regular: $495 - March 16 to May 1, 2020
  • Includes:
    • Week-long day camp
    • Camp t-shirt
    • Daily lunch

Overnight Camper Registration & Deposit

  • Early Bird: $795 - January 15 to March 15, 2020
    • $395 deposit due by March 15, 2020
    • $400 balance due by May 1, 2020
  • Regular: $895 - March 16 to May 1, 2020
    • $495 deposit due by May 1, 2020
    • $400 balance due by May 15, 2020
  • Includes:
    • Room and board (double occupancy)
    • Week-long day camp
    • Camp t-shirt 
    • Daily breakfast, lunch and dinner

+ - Accommodations

Overnight Campers stay in an on-campus Chapman University dormitory (girls-only/boys-only), and adult chaperones are provided. Rooms are based on double occupancy with a private bathroom.

  • Check-In: Sunday, June 14, 2020
  • Check-Out: Saturday, June 20, 2020

Below is a sample daily schedule (9 a.m.–6 p.m.). A finalized scheduled will be e-mailed to all participants:

+ - Refunds and Cancellations

Refund/Cancellation Policy

In the event you must cancel your registration for any reason:

  • Notice of cancellation must be submitted in writing.
  • Request for cancellation due to illness, accident, or death in the family requires documentation. Upon receipt of documentation, a full refund will be issued, less any applicable cancellation fee. Verification must be received no later than three (3) days after the scheduled start date.
  • Please allow 46 weeks to receive your refund.

Commuter Camper Cancellations:

  • Cancellations for any reason prior to 6/15/2020 will receive a full refund less a $50 cancellation fee.
  • No refunds for cancellations on or after 6/15/2020.

Overnight Camper Cancellations:

  • Cancellations for any reason prior to 6/1/20 will receive a full refund less a $100 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations for any reason between 6/2–6/14/20 will receive a full refund less a $250 cancellation fee.
  • No refunds for cancellations on or after 6/15/2020.
