Each Year, some students, staff, and faculty members walk from Attallah Piazza to Old Town Orange and back as a way of speaking out against rape, sexual assault, and other interpersonal violent acts. By walking, we take a public stand against the violence occurs every day.
Historically, many walks like Chapman's Walk Against Violence, encouraged individuals to walk in high heels. Our message is: Whatever shoe you choose to wear, come, walk and speak out against interpersonal violence.
We invite all to come and walk (wearing high heels or not). The walk begins in the Attallah Piazza.

We encourage walkers to bring a pair of high heels if that is their shoe choice. There will be a selection of high heels available on a first-come first-serve basis for walkers. Finally, there is no entry fee for our walk, but donations are encouraged and will go to Waymakers: Sexual Assault Division.
