We are pleased to offer a comprehensive short course covering all things hydrocolloids. Taught by experts from the top hydrocolloid companies, this course is designed to provide practical information to make hydrocolloids work for you. Lectures will be complemented with hands-on exercises to ensure that the information gels. This unique course will benefit industry professionals in R&D as well as production, and QA. No prerequisites needed.

Orange County (John Wayne) Airport is convenient to Chapman University. The airport is served by American, United, Southwest, Delta, and Alaska Airlines.

Los Angeles International Airport is approximately one hour from the University and is served by a large number of airlines.
