»Chapman University Food Science Short Courses

Chapman University Food Science is proud to host a variety of short courses each year on our beautiful campus in Orange, California. These short courses help engage our community in continuing education and provide a great opportunity to learn and network for members of the food industry, entrepenuers, members of academia, and for students.
Our current course offerings include The Science and Technology of RTD Coffee with Milk, Crafting the Perfect Creamer: From Formula to Foam, Tharp & Young "On Ice Cream", and The Better Process Control School. Each course provides insight from industry experts and the chance to network with a broad spectrum of individuals. We hope to expand our offerings in the future to align with current market trends and our community's interests.
For more information on each course please vist the individual course pages seen in the navigation bar.
