» Interlibrary Loan

The Leatherby Libraries has updated their Interlibrary Loan program to a single sign-on system. ILL accounts will be tied to current Chapman or Brandman user credentials, and patrons will no longer need a separate login to access ILL. Previous ILL history will be saved, and the only change will be the username and password for the ILL account. Please use your Chapman or Brandman email to log into your interlibrary loan account.

Effective Wednesday, March 18th, the Interlibrary Loan Department will only be processing requests for digital resources. All requests for physical materials are now suspended. This temporary measure will stay in effect until the Chapman campus resumes regular operations.

The interlibrary loan service allows you to borrow books and journal articles that the Leatherby Libraries does not own. This service is available to currently enrolled Chapman and Brandman University students, and currently employed faculty, and staff. Our interlibrary loan service is not available to alumni or the general public. Chapman University Law School students, faculty and staff are required to submit their interlibrary loan requests to the Law School Library.

For more information about request limits and fees, please see the Interlibrary Loan Policies and FAQ page. To submit an interlibrary loan request, login or create an interlibrary loan account using the links below.

Attention Chapman University Patrons: Please verify that your library account is up-to-date before submitting your interlibrary loan requests. You can update your account by contacting the Circulation Desk located on the first floor of the Leatherby Libraries.

The interlibrary loan department is located on the 1st floor of the Leatherby Libraries and is open Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
