The interlibrary loan service allows you to borrow books and journal articles that the Leatherby Libraries does not own. This service is available to currently enrolled Chapman University students; currently employed faculty, lecturers, and staff; current affiliated scholars; and faculty emeriti. The interlibrary loan service is not available to alumni or the public. Chapman University Law School students, staff, and faculty must submit interlibrary loan requests to the Hugh & Hazel Darling Law Library.

NOTICE
Due to the upcoming Winter Break, the last day to submit requests for physical or electronic materials are listed below based on patron status. Dates are based on the time it will take for items to arrive before the end of the semester or closure.
Last day to submit a request for physical materials:
November 27th: Students
December 6th: Faculty, Lecturers, Staff, Affiliated Scholars, and Faculty Emeriti
Requests for physical materials submitted after the indicated dates will be cancelled.
Last day to submit a request for electronic materials:
December 10th: Students
December 16th: Faculty, Lecturers, Staff, Affiliated Scholars, and Faculty Emeriti
Requests submitted during Winter Break will be processed in January 2025.
