»Onsite Yoga
Employees are invited to attend complimentary yoga at both campuses this Spring. These gentle yoga & stretching sessions are open to all faculty, staff, and skill levels, and are intended to give you time during the week to slow down, disconnect from your stressors, and reconnect with your body and breath. Classes are led by Troy Bacon. Please bring your own yoga mat as only a limited supply is available. Class days and times are listed below.
New for the Spring semester: Monthly Prize Drawings!
Orange Campus:
Spring semester classes are held in the Wilkinson Founders Chapel at the Fish Interfaith Center every Tuesday from 12-12:45PM starting January 6th through May 19th. There will be no class on the below dates with the possibility of additional future cancelations:

- April 14th
Summer classes will be held in the Wallace All Faiths Chapel (the main room) at the Fish Interfaith Center every Tuesday from 12-12:45PM starting May 26th through August 11th. There will be no class on the below dates with the possibility of additional future cancelations:
- July 14th
Rinker Campus:
Spring semester classes are held in the CCR 250 Wellness Room every Thursday from 12-12:45 starting January 8th through April 30th. There will be no class on the below dates with the possibility of additional future cancelations:

Summer semester classes are held in the CCR 250 Wellness Room every Thursday from 12-12:45 starting May 7th through August 13th. There will be no class on the below dates with the possibility of additional future cancelations:
