»Theatre Reservation Form

Please refer to the Room Availability calendar for up-to-date usage. 

  1. All users (faculty, students and staff) must adhere to Chapman University policies regarding conduct and health and safety.
  2. All students and student organizations must adhere to all procedures/policies regarding the use of rooms and equipment stated within theCU Student Organizations Policies and Procedures Guide and the 24-25 Theatre Student Handbook. 
  3. The Department reserves the right to deny rehearsal space and/or reschedule a rehearsal due to department needs. Theatre spaces are highly impacted, so approval for reservations may not be granted.
  4. Users may only request specific rooms using this reservation form (MC 133 Jacobs Makeup Room, MC 149 O.L. Halsell Foundation Studio Theatre, MC 212 Classroom, MC 230 Rehearsal Studio, ETC 103 Rehearsal Studio).
  5. Please contact Stephany Elliott (Administrative Assistant) for all other reservation needs/questions.
