  1. Please refer to the following scheduling view from 25Live, Chapman's main campus scheduling system (below).
  2. This grid shows usage for ETC 103 Rehearsal Studio, MC 130 Dressing Room, MC 131 Dressing Room, MC 133 Jacobs Makeup Room, MC 149 O.L. Halsell Foundation Studio Theatre, MC 212 Classroom, MC 230 Rehearsal Studio, Waltmar Lobby and Waltmar Theatre.
  3. Only the four (4) most common rooms can be requested using this form (ETC 103 Rehearsal Studio, MC 149 O.L. Halsell Foundation Studio Theatre, MC 212 Classroom, MC 230 Rehearsal Studio).
  4. Please contact Stephany Elliott (Administrative Assistant) for all other reservation needs/questions.

When you are ready to make a reservation, submit the Theatre Reservation Form.

Note: Please allow three (3) to five (5) business days for approval/confirmation.
