The Find Your Balance Retreat is a 2-day off-campus program that includes a combination
of outdoor recreational activies and indoor facilitated excercises. Incoming students
will have the opportunity to build new friendships and connections to the Chapman
community while strengthening habits and skills for their overall well-being as Chapman
panthers. This is the perfect opportunity to get an early start on setting yourself
up for success at Chapman before the fall semester begins!
The Find Your Balance Retreat is limited to 40 students. Please make sure to complete
the application in its entirety in order to be considered for this unique opportunity.

This retreat will allow you to:
- Get to know other new and incoming students
- Identify aspects of life in college that will influence your well-being
- Practice skills for stress management and building resilience
- Establish commitments for your own well-being in the years to come
Logistics
- Applications will close on Friday, June 26th.
- Retreat dates: Sunday, August 16th - Tuesday, August 18th.
- The price of the retreat is $155 and will be due by Monday, July 6th.
- Students living on campus for the 2026-2027 school year, will move into their residence halls prior to the retreat. (This is considered an early move-in. You will not be able to check-in to your room prior to this time.)
- The retreat agenda will be available upon arrival to campus.
