The role of the Transportation Services department is to manage the university’s fleet vehicles as well as oversee the campus shuttle system, which services the main campus lots (Parking Lot Shuttle) as well as the off campus housing locations including Chapman Grand, Chapman Court and Panther Village housing locations. 

Driver Authorization:

In order to be authorized to drive a university-owned vehicle (including electric carts, vans/suvs, or grip trucks) or to drive a personal vehicle for Chapman business, please refer to the documents to the right under the Driver Authorization heading. Please review the Authorized Driver Policy/Requirements prior to applying online to ensure you meet the minimum requirements to drive for the university. 

Fleet Vehicle Usage/Shuttle Charters:

To request a Chapman fleet vehicle for department use or to request a Shuttle charter, please see the documents to the right under the Fleet Vehicles/Shuttle Charters heading. Be sure to review the full transportation policy prior to fleet vehicle use.

Shuttle Service:

For Chapman Parking Lot, Panther Village, Chapman Court & Chapman Grand shuttle information, click the Campus Shuttle System tab to the left. 

Airport Transportation:

The City of Anaheim has a new service that provides transportation between Anaheim and the John Wayne Airport - SNA.  EVE is the name of the service.  Information is available at https://rideart.org/eve/.  Service can be scheduled from any ART Bus stop in Anaheim.  There is a stop located just a half of a block from our Chapman Grand Apartments.  Students can utilize the Chapman Shuttle service for transportation to Chapman Grand for easy access to the stop.  

Resort Transportation:

Chapman Students with Valid ID can ride the ART (Anaheim Resort Transit) bus service in Anaheim for free.  Students just need to show ID when boarding the shuttles.  Information about the service is available at: https://rideart.org/art/
