To provide strategic support for all Panthers' career journeys by 

• Intentionally deepening and expanding our relationships with employers and alumni to enhance the quality and scope of post-graduation opportunities; 
• Integrating career development throughout the lifecycle of a Panther, to include educating students and the Chapman community on the career competencies and global workforce skills sought after by employers; and 
• Amplifying our Panthers' career readiness by helping them demonstrate the relevant skills they gain through the Chapman Experience.
