»Valerie Reif - Interim Chief Human Resources Officer

Valerie Reif is an experienced HR professional who has held C-suite and director-level roles at renowned retail brands including Boot Barn, ASICS, Kenneth Cole, and J.Crew. Before founding Talent Advisers, she was the CHRO at Boot Barn, a western retailer with more than 200 U.S.-based stores, two ecommerce businesses, and international operations. At sportswear retailer ASICS, she was the regional director in charge of HR, Facility, Procurement, and Strategy for the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Brazil markets. Her career experience also includes the construction, manufacturing, nonprofit, restaurant, and technology industries. 

 

She was also the founder and managing partner of the Irvine-based HR consultant firm Talent Advisers. Valerie served on the Board of the National Human Resources Association (NHRA) of Orange County for 10 years, including three years as President, and also served on the National NHRA Board for two years
