»Pacific Coast Patient Safety Conference

The Pacific Coast Patient Safety Conference (PCPSC) convenes healthcare leaders from diverse disciplines to address preventable harm and drive meaningful improvements in patient care delivery.

Our mission is to promote safety, equity, and collaboration across all levels of care. The boutique experience is designed for professionals embedded or interested in pioneering patient safety initiatives, including pharmacists, physicians, nurses, and safety officers. Attendees engage CE programming, peer-reviewed case studies, and interactive policy discussions, all centered around integrating evidence-based safety measures into practice.

PCPSC is co-hosted in partnership with the California Society of Health-System Pharmacists.

Keynote: California Surgeon General Diana Ramos

Diana Ramos, M.D., is a distinguished public health leader dedicated to advancing the health and well-being of all communities. As California’s Doctor, she is the leading spokesperson on the most pressing public health issues of the time within the State of California. With a steadfast commitment to addressing Adverse Childhood Experiences, mental health, and maternal mortality and morbidity, her mission is simple: to advance the health and well-being of all Californians.
