Chapman is offering limited university housing at Panther Village (roughly two miles near our Orange Campus) to incoming and currently enrolled graduate students. Graduate students interested in living in Chapman housing will need to fill out the Graduate Student Housing Request Form.
Housing at Panther Village is on a first come, first serve basis, and graduate students will be notified via email if there is space availability. To view graduate student housing rates, please visit the housing rates page.
Please note: Graduate students following a trimester system must commit to a 12-month agreement.
