Morlan Hall is a tight-knit, historic student community that dates all the way back to 1963.

  • Morlan Hall joins two buildings — South Morlan and North Morlan — and offers a variety of features, including common spaces and rooms that open to grassy quad areas with paths, grills and picnic tables.
  • The Orange campus and the Randall Dining Commons are conveniently within walking distance.

  • Twin extra-long bed for each resident.

  • Central A/C and heating.
  • One phone jack.

Microwave and fridge units are not included but may be rented for the entire academic year from our vendor.

Morlan Hall Kitchen

Did you know that there is a fully accessible kitchen space in the Morlan Hall lounge open to all Chapman residents? To ensure convenience and security, students can reserve the kitchen by checking out a key card from the Resident Support Desk, located in the Henley Hall basement (next to the Henley fitness center).
