» ERCR Form Submission

We are excited to announce a streamlined process for submitting Employee Requisitions and Change Requests (ERCR) for new hires and position changes related to Staff and Administrators.

You can now directly and electronically add important details with DocuSign integration. Watch the short training video below to learn how to submit the ERCR form on Docusign, or review the steps to learn how to log in.


 


 

  1. Sign in to DocuSign using your Chapman University email and password.

  2. Click the Start button.



  3. Click on Envelopes, and select Use a Template.



  4. Click on the Shared With Me tab on the left side of your screen, select the ERCR – Employee Requisition & Charge Request, then click on Add Selected in the bottom right corner of the screen.



  5. Complete the appropriate names and email addresses for the ERCR routing process. Please review the ERCR training video for more information on each of the Office's ERCR routing processes. Click Send to continue.
