- Transfer students are exempt from the requirement to live in campus housing.
- Transfer students are guaranteed housing for their first year if they submit the housing application and pay the Housing Reservation Payment by the deadline. After their first year, every effort is made to place transfer students who apply for Chapman housing.
- You will not be able to indicate a housing location preference when applying for housing.
- You will be placed within a transfer community or with current students in returning student buildings that may be in need of a roommate(s).
