Office of Human Resources |
Manages employee and student workforce processes from hire to departure or retirement, including benefits administration, compensation, and classification. Oversees Position Management function, liaison between OHR and IS&T, coordinates technical updates and upgrades, and performs user testing. Supports HCM data entry. |
Office of Faculty Advancement | Initiates and manages the search, interview, hire, and onboarding of F/T and P/T faculty. | |
Financial Services | Payroll processing through financial posting to the GL. Payroll to GL integrations, financial reporting, and analysis. | |
Budget Office | Oversees budget planning process, does financial reporting and analysis for Finance Committee and executive staff, and reviews and approves high-dollar expenditures. | |
IS&T | Manages technical aspects of PS with expertise in programming, security, integrations, and functionality. Manages the Data Mart and related reporting. Supports PS server and network environments. Manages technical change management and supports user issues post-implementation. | |
