Executive Project Sponsor	Harold Hewitt, Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer	Will provide final direction on disputed matters and overall direction for the project.
Sponsor Team	Brenda Rushforth, VP & Chief Human Resources Officer Helen Norris, VP & Chief Information Officer Mike Price, VP for Finance and Budget Brian Thomason, VP for Finance & Controller Laura Baker – Assistant Provost	Will provide overall direction for the project.
Primary Stakeholders (Business groups and individuals whose work is expected to be impacted by the project).	Office of Human Resources	Manages employee and student workforce processes from hire to departure or retirement, including benefits administration, compensation, and classification. Oversees Position Management function, liaison between OHR and IS&T, coordinates technical updates and upgrades, and performs user testing. Supports HCM data entry.
	Office of Faculty Advancement	Initiates and manages the search, interview, hire, and onboarding of F/T and P/T faculty.
	Financial Services	Payroll processing through financial posting to the GL. Payroll to GL integrations, financial reporting, and analysis.
	Budget Office	Oversees budget planning process, does financial reporting and analysis for Finance Committee and executive staff, and reviews and approves high-dollar expenditures.
	IS&T	Manages technical aspects of PS with expertise in programming, security, integrations, and functionality. Manages the Data Mart and related reporting. Supports PS server and network environments. Manages technical change management and supports user issues post-implementation.
Project Management	Dorcas James - Project Director Sharlene Heard - Solution Design BK Bleakley - PRJ Project Manager	Manages and coordinates project activities, including planning, scheduling, communication, change management, risk mitigation, and project status reporting.
Implementation Team	Eileen Besner – Director, Faculty Advancement Ming Wright – Asst VP Data Analytics and HR Systems Bao Ngo – Director, HR Systems and Analytics Essam Ulhaq – Associate VP, Finance Shannon Turner – Director of Payroll Services Crystal Barney – Director, Budget Systems & Operations Phil Stella – Director, Peoplesoft Development Jose Salomon – Director, Information Architect Lydia Dawoud – Data Analytics Report Writer	Area Subject Matter Experts (SME), working closely with the project management team through all phases of the project and allocating resources as needed.
