»Demostración Pirotécnica en Chapman University
Estimados amigos y vecinos,
El martes 18 de agosto, la Universidad Chapman celebrará una Ceremonia de Convocación de Apertura para marcar el inicio del año académico 2026-27. Este es un momento emocionante para darle la bienvenida a nuevos estudiantes a nuestra comunidad y celebrar el inicio de la experiencia Chapman.
Se llevará a cabo un breve espectáculo pirotécnico al final de la ceremonia a aproximadamente las 8 p.m. Pyro Spectaculars by Souza produce el evento y trabaja con la ciudad de Orange para cumplir con todas las directrices.
Entendemos que los fuegos artificiales pueden estresar a las mascotas. Si sus animales son sensibles a los sonidos fuertes, recomendamos mantenerlos en interiores y con ruido de fondo, como la televisión o música, para ayudar a reducir el estrés.
Como siempre, le invitamos encarecidamente a unirse a nosotros en la celebración al mismo tiempo que le damos la bienvenido al nuevo año escolar y al regreso de nuestros estudiantes.

Dear Friends and Neighbors,
On Tuesday, August 18, Chapman University will host an Opening Convocation Ceremony to mark the beginning of the 2026-27 academic year. This is an exciting time to welcome new students to our community and celebrate the kickoff of their Chapman experience.
A short pyrotechnic display will be held at the conclusion of the ceremony at approximately 8 p.m. Pyro Spectaculars by Souza is producing the event and is working with the City of Orange to comply with all guidelines.
We understand that fireworks can be distressing to pets. If your animals are sensitive to loud sounds, we recommend keeping them indoors and using background noise – such as television or music – to help reduce stress.
As always, we warmly invite you to join us in the celebration as we welcome a new academic year and the return of our students.
