»Purchasing Department
The Purchasing Department, a part of the Financial Services Division, represents the University in the purchase of goods and services at the best prices, terms and conditions. Purchasing Department is the only department that issues purchase orders.
The department is responsible for assuring that procurements made are properly authorized and result in quality goods and/or services being delivered at the right time, in the right quantity, and at the best possible cost. The department is responsible for assuring that procurements made are in the best interests of the University and are made in compliance with University policy.
Purchasing Department is located at 633 W. Palm Ave., Orange, CA 92868 (in the same building as Financial Services).
