Registration Process

ยป Registration Process

A key part of preparing for your first semester at Chapman is selecting your classes. The resources below will help you understand that process and register for classes on your assigned date and time.

First-year students pre-registration advising

  • Most incoming first-year students will be block scheduled (i.e., automatically enrolled) in a number of major-specific courses for the fall. Review our Block Scheduling page to learn more.
  • All incoming first-year students must complete academic advising and a math assessment. You can learn more about these, and other key steps, on our Pre-Registration Advising page.

Transfer students have a different pre-registration process than first-year students.

Follow the steps on our Transfer Pre-Registration Advising page to be sure you successfully pick and register for classes.

Our Course Registration page will help you finalize your classes so you are all set when your registration opens.
