Reserving a Room
The Library Services Desk will not create a reservation for you.
Reservations will be available in increments of 30 minutes.
Room reservation quotas are as follows:
- 1 - 10 hour blocks: Doctoral Students, Affiliated Scholars, Faculty, and Emeriti Faculty
- 1 - 8 hour blocks: Graduate Students
- 1 - 6 hour blocks: Staff/Administrators
- 1 - 3 hour blocks: Lecturers
You can reserve a study room up to 7 days in advance.
Multiple reservations are allowed if they do not exceed your total hour block quota or overlap with your other reservations. For example, a 6-hour block quota can be used in multiple combinations: one 6-hour reservation, two 3-hour reservations, six 1-hour reservations, etc.
Overlapping reservations made by the same person will be removed at the Library Services Desk’s discretion so that only one reservation remains.
Only the person who created the reservation can cancel or modify it.
