Each event request submitted in 25Live will be assigned a distinct Event Reference Number (or ID). The Event Reference Number will include the year, a hyphen and 6 letters. It is important that you keep the Event Reference Number for your event. It is the best way to keep track of your event whether you are checking your event in 25Live or contacting a resource department regarding your event. Her are three easy search options to locate your reference ID number.
1)To locate your event reference number, you will need to find the confirmation email sent to you, open the attachment. Sample below.
2) To locate your reference ID number before your event is confirmed. From the 25Live homepage and look at your upcoming events, locate your upcoming events window and click on your upcoming event.
3) If your events does not come up in the search, please contact the Event Scheduling Office at eventscheduling@chapman.edu or (714) 744-7061 during normal office hours (M-F, 8 a.m. – 5pm) to locate your reference ID number.
