The Dyer Education Fund is an award of $2,000 annually to a Chapman admitted or enrolled student who shows need, according to the FAFSA.
- First preference is given to students from the Northern California-Nevada Region, and second preference is given to any student who is a member of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in the United States and Canada.
- The deadline to apply is March 20 each year. Applicants will be notified if they receive the award no later than April 20.

Qualifications
- Must be a Chapman admitted or enrolled student who shows financial need.
- Applications from students who are members of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in the United States and Canada will also be considered.
- Applicants must submit the application form and solicit three references to be postmarked by the deadline of March 20.
- References can be scanned and emailed to churchrelations@chapman.edu as long as the references’ signatures are included.
- Applicants must reapply for the award annually.
