Meet the Namesake

Doy B. Henley

A member of the Chapman community since 1986, Mr. Henley has served as vice chair, chair of the Board of Trustees, and currently as chairman emeritus. Together with his late wife, Dee, he has made a lasting impact on the University through transformational philanthropy, student support, and visionary leadership. In 2024, his enduring commitment culminated in the establishment of the Doy B. Henley School of Management and Business Technology within the Argyros College of Business and Economics.
