The Library welcomes and encourages visitors to use the Leatherby Libraries and its resources according to policy.
- Town & Gown is a nonprofit group of community residents, business leaders, alumni, parents and grandparents of Chapman students, Chapman faculty and staff, as well as other friends of the university who have paid membership dues to the organization. View Town & Gown circulation policies.
- University guests include visiting faculty or university/departmental guests, and these guests should work with their sponsoring department to obtain library use approval through the Library Administration office. View University Guests circulation policies
