Office of Financial Aid
Educates students on financial resources available to them and connects them to scholarships,
grants, and other aid to assist with educational costs.
Office of the University Registrar
Responsible for student registration, academic record-keeping, course scheduling,
classroom management, student privacy protection, and academic policy assistance.
Veteran Resource Center
Supports the unique needs of military-affiliated students, including providing admission
resources and support with the GI Bill®, and fostering a supportive network for veterans coming to Chapman.
Operations
Responsible for managing and organizing large volumes of documents related to prospective students and ensuring the accuracy and security of applicant information.
Communications, Events and Customer Service
Responsible for implementing communication strategies for prospective students and parents, organizing on-campus and virtual recruitment events, and providing information and support to those interested in Chapman.
